In 2021, Patrizia was awarded the Gold Stevie® Award in the category of Maverick of the Year at the prestigious Stevie Awards for Women in Business — an international recognition of trailblazing women making a significant impact on their industries and the world. The following year, she won the silver award.

Patrizia was named among the Top 100 Women in Construction, honouring her as one of the most influential female leaders in an industry still largely dominated by men, and one where safety advocacy is more needed than ever.

In 2022, Patrizia received the Be the Change award from the CompLaude Awards, a US-based initiative recognising those driving positive outcomes in workers' compensation and safety culture.

Issued by NSW Women of the Year Awards, where the local MP Sophie Cotsis selected Patrizia to recognise her contributions to the local community. Also, as finalist HSE People Influencer 2022.
